This 56′-6″ x 11′-3″, 614 square foot elevated deck, replaces an existing aging deck. The set of stairs leading to grade were relocated closer to the pool.
1×6 composite decking rests on 2×8 PT. deck joists. Three splines break up the long length of the deck. A metal post and rail guard with metal balusters encompasses the deck and flight of stairs. The piers support 6×6 PT posts and are built from concrete sonotubes with belled footings.
