This 327 square foot elevated deck measures 28′-11″ x 14′-0″. Stairs run along the side of the existing structure and lead up to the deck platform.
The deck is constructed with 2×8 PT. cantilevered joists with 1×6 Trex decking with a spline. A metal guard with glass panels encloses the deck. Helical piles with 6×6 PT posts support the deck.
