This rectangular deck measures 20′-0″ x 12′-0″ and is 192 square feet in area. The deck has two flights of stairs and incorporates a hatch for storage below.
The deck is framed with 2×8 PT. joists with 2×6 PT. decking. A wood post and rail guard with aluminum balusters surrounds the deck. The piers are constructed of concrete sonotubes with belled footings and 6×6 PT. support posts.
