This 258 square foot elevated deck measures 21′-6″ x 12’0″. An smaller, older builder deck was replaced with this more functional deck.
2×8 PT. cantilevered joists with 2×6 brown PT decking with one row of picture framing makes up the deck, and a wood post and rail guard with aluminum balusters encloses the deck. The piers are built from concrete sonotubes with belled out footings supporting 6×6 PT posts.
