This new +/- 363 square foot deck replaces the previous existing deck.
The layout has been updated to provide for a larger parking pad and reduce the number of support posts.
A wood/aluminum railing system and diagonally installed deck boards helped improve the aesthetic of the deck. Belled out concrete footings were chosen for the foundation.
