This 19′-0″ x 12′-0″, 226 square foot deck provides a new outdoor living space for the homeowners. A small set of stairs leads to grade.
2×8 PT. joists with 1×6 composite decking were used to build the deck frame. One row of picture framed decking was was installed around the perimeter. Due to the deck’s proximity to grade, no guard is needed; however, a privacy wall was provided along the right side. The piers were constructed with concrete sonotubes with belled out footings.
