This 375 square foot deck is a replacement for a two-tier older deck. The flight of stairs was also relocated.
The deck is framed with 2×8 PT. joists with 2×6 brown PT. decking with one row of picture framing. A wood guard with metal balusters encloses the deck. The piers were constructed with concrete sonotubes with belled out footings and 6×6 wood posts.
