This elevated deck, 235 square foot deck measures 20′-0″ x 14′-0″. A flight of stairs leads from the deck to the rear yard.
The deck framing consists of 2×10 PT. joists with 5/4″x6 PT. decking above with one row of picture framing around the perimeter. The guard is constructed with wood posts and rails, and utilizes wood fence boards as the balusters. A pergola extends above the guard, with the West side having a privacy screen with louvers. The piers were constructed with concrete sonotubes with belled out concrete footings.
