This elevated, 606 square foot, 54′-1″ x 21′-6″ deck provides a large viewing area of the lake. A set of stairs leads to the lakeside yard.
The deck is framed with 2×8 PT. joists upon which composite decking is installed. All support beams are flush. The aluminum guard is fascia mounted with narrow glass insets, which don’t block the lake breeze like larger glass panels do. The deck is supported on 6×6 PT. posts resting on steel helical piles.
