Located in the township of Scugog, this 312 square foot deck expansion triples the square footage of the existing deck of 150 square feet and provides access to the rear yard.
A glass railing is installed on the deck lakeside, while the deck sides and stairs utilize a metal rail and baluster guard. The stairs lead to a patio opposite the patio door. The deck surface is constructed with 2×8 PT. deck joists with 5/4×6 brown PT lumber. The deck construction uses cantilevered joists and beams with concrete piers and belled out footings.
