This multi-tier 684 square foot deck leads down to a future hot tub. The upper tier measures 18′-0″ x 12′-0″ and the lower tier at 24′-0 x 18′-0″. The lower tier has cascade stairs to grade along the full perimeter.
2×6 PT. decking has been installed over 2×8 PT. deck joists. A metal post and rail guard with glass inserts surrounds the upper tier of the deck and the flight of stairs is protected with a a guard with metal balusters. The piers are constructed with concrete sonotubes with belled out footings and 6×6 wood posts.
