This 19′-0″ x 16′-0″, 304 square foot deck serves to access a rear entry door. A flight of stairs leads down to to the rear yard and a gate was provided to the side for a future flight of stairs.
1×6 composite decking has been installed over 2×8 PT. deck joists. A metal post and rail guard with metal balusters surrounds the deck and the flight of stairs. The piers were constructed with concrete sonotubes with belled out footings and 6×6 wood posts.
